FAQ

1. Shipping 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. All orders are hand packaged with love, beautifully wrapped with little surprises, perfect if you're giving as a gift.

Shipping Methods: I ship via An Post, registered with tracking. 

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers but are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond my control. Estimated delivery times to the US are 5-14 business days and to the UK are 3-10 business days.

International Shipping: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Available for damaged/defective items or errors on my part. Contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized orders (unless faulty) and items damaged due to buyer mishandling.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but the item is missing, contact your local post office first. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery.

 

4. Care Instructions for Jewellery

Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing.  Store in a dry place, preferably in an anti-tarnish pouch. Use a mild dish soap with a toothbrush to clean your piece and then wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth once dry.

 

5. Is your jewellery made of real silver?

Yes! All my jewellery is crafted from sterling silver (925).  I also use 14k, 18k, and keum boo.
